Smalltalk: Sinus rinse forumula: Two cups warm water (tap water is okay, but you can also use distilled) a heaping teaspoon of salt (non iodized!) 1/4-1/2 tsp baking soda Play around with proportions and temperature and find one that is comfortable for you. Or do what I did and buy premixed packets, they worked out to be $10 for a packgage of 100. Instead of inhaling or squirting the solution in, I prefer to let gravity slowly fill my sinuses and then lean over and let everything flow out and alternating nostrils.
