Apologies for the crackly sound for the influenza section. My husband says I could change out my microphone cable to fix this for the future. Small talk:

Did you guys like the decreased echo in the last podcast? That fix came courtesy of Genny of Crafternoon Tea With Granny G. Thank you so much for that help, Genny! I am out of memory on the libsyn site until the 15th, so there will be no pocast this coming week. So I thought I'd give some updates here to tide you over. First, some exciting news, I went to do my first yarn store interview today! I had a lovely time at Phebie's Needle Arts in Claremont and should have my first yarn crawl episode up soon, well, as soon as I am able to post more episodes. I also should be getting my new computer next week (yay!) and will try to focus my energy on learning how to make the website a little bit better and a little bit closer to my vision. I see a menu of choices so that listeners can select episodes by date, by health topic, by yarn store, etc. I have also started up a Well Knitted Life listeners group on Ravelry and am thinking about creating a group on Facebook as I know I have some listeners who are not on Ravelry (yet!). What do you think? Please leave a comment to let me know, or email me at thewellknittedlife@gmail.com Category:general

Dealing with Emotional triggers Give yourself space But don’t forget to be social Spend some time understanding yourself and all your needs Build up your self confidence in other areas. Accept that sometimes the emotions are going to be tough In the recording, I forgot to mention a great infertility resource book Conquering Infertility by Alice D. Domar, PhD and Alice Lesch Kelly It is about a lot of these same issues – dealing with the emotions, not a book that tells you what to do to get pregnant, though there is a small amount of information on that as well.
